Our team has set the pace for maritime security for the last 11 years. By subscribing to the LBASP, we first and foremost provide you with a template that allows you to apply your current security measures to a nationally approved plan to prevent the occurrence of a Transportation Security Incident (TSI) at your facility. We also know that consequences do not stop with a TSI. We audit your application of the ASP as well as offer drills and exercises to ensure that you meet the regulatory requirements which are often overlooked by many facilities.

Affordable Subscriptions

For about the cost of 100 feet of security fencing, you can sunscribe to a program that offers world class security consulting at a predetermined cost. The cost savings continue as you no longer have to be concerned with locally generated, unforcasted security upgrades while drastically reducing the likelihood of being sighted for noncompliance. Since we as the Executive Agents update the ASP every 5 years, you have no more 5 year FSA / FSP rewrite requirements.

Predictable Risk Management

Performance-based regulations such as the one used to regulate maritime facility security is open to the initerpretation of the inspecting authority. This dynamic makes it difficult to budget security costs. As a member of the LBASP, we manage your risk profile and therefore direct the application of security measures through our approved template. Once we approve your application of the LBASP template, we will not mandate any changes unless directed to do so by US Coast Guard Headquarters or unless you have an operational change in your facility.
