Edward D. Clark
Principal, Security Operations
Ed is a retired US Army Special Forces Officer, who specialized in maritime infiltration and direct action operations. Ed served as the Security Lead for the USCG National Facility Security Program and continues to provide maritime security services such as Waterway Suitability Assessments, Strategic Risk Management Plans as well as drills, exercises and FSO training for his clients. Ed holds a BA in Criminal Justice, an MS in Computer Information Systems and is a graduate of the DoD Senior Leader's Course on WMD Response.
Richard Teubner
Principal, Government Relations and Compliance
Richard has been in the maritime security and shipping industry for over 30 years. Richard served in a variety of planning, law enforcement and program management billets to include his final position as the Facility Security Program Manager. After his final assignment as a USCG Officer, Rich went on to provide maritime security services for Ports such as Sector Seattle and Sector San Diego.
